Conserving Bird Species at Risk in Working Forests Saturday, June 3rd, 2023 (POSTPONED) 8am - 12 noon Otter Ponds Demonstration Forest Mooseland, NS Join us in learning more about Beneficial Management Practices for Bird Species At Risk in working forests! These will be discussed within the context of the specific habitat needs of the species and, more broadly, the bird species associated with different forest stand types in Nova Scotia. This event will be lead by Dalhousie bird researcher Dr. Cindy Staicer. If you have any questions about what will be covered, you can email Cindy at Cindy.Staicer@dal.ca. Pre-registration is required, and interested participants are asked to register by Thurs. June 1st using the form below. Spaces will be limited, so register soon to reserve your spot! Once registered, we will contact you via email closer to the date with more details. Please arrive at the Mooseland Community Centre (4032 Mooseland Rd, Mooseland, NS) by 7:45am on June 3rd. |
